Reservation,
Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds
2009 Reservations and
Payment: A deposit of 20% is required to reserve trip spaces. Your
deposit can be paid by cash, check, or credit card. Full payment
for your trip is required 90 days prior to trip date. Reservations
within 90 days of the launch date require payment in full. All invoices
must be paid in full prior to your trip. Credit card payments are
subject to a 3% convenience fee.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Due to the limited space available on our Salmon River Adventures,
all payments will be forfeited for cancellations made within 90
days of your launch. Prior to that time, cancellations will be assessed
a 20% charge. You may replace yourself up to ten days prior to the
launch for a $100 fee.
If YJRG cancels your
trip due to "acts of god," including, but not limited
to water, weather, fire, or other environmental conditions, a raincheck
will be issued.
YJRG strongly recommends
the purchase of trip insurance. Please call our office for more
information.
Charter Trips: A deposit
of 40% is required to reserve the launch date. Full payment for
your trip is required 120 days prior to trip date. Reservations
within 90 days of the launch date require a 40% deposit to hold
the space and full payment is required within fourteen days. All
invoices must be paid in full prior to your trip. Due to the limited
number of launches available, all payments will be forfeited for
charter cancellations made within 120 days of your launch. Prior
to that time, cancellations will be assessed a 40% charge.
