Depart July 18th from Corn Creek return back to Corn Creek July 22nd
$1999 per person, round trip from Corn Creek boat launch on the morning of the 18th and returning on the afternoon of the 22nd.
Meet in Salmon, Idaho, the day before the trip. We'll have a brief orientation on the evening of the 17th, and then head to the river early the next morning via private vehicle.
Our launch point is Corn Creek Boat Ramp, at the end of the road at the edge of the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness, the largest tract of federally designated wildland in the continental US.
At Corn Creek, we'll have a whitewater safety orientation with the guides and a Leave No Trace presentation by our Forest Service rangers. Then its time to head downriver!
Our five days will be filled with exciting rapids alternating with calm scenic stretches. We offer oar boats, where passengers relax and let the guide do the work; paddle boats, where paddlers and the guide work together to negotiate rapids; and thrilling inflatable kayaks, where one or two people paddle a small craft. You can choose your preferred craft each day. The rapids are rated “Class III”, which translates to an exciting, yet safe, ride.
